Poultry farming in India has changed dramatically over the past four decades. With independent poultry farming concepts, the sector has moved into a well-organized network of integrated farming, also known as ‘contract farming’. Since 1984 , more than 40,000+ Indian poultry farmers found great relief and satisfaction through this successful ‘contract farming’ model and has transformed their livelihoods.

This process of assisting the farmer from the start to the end has helped generate over 580 million healthy birds every year.

1. Water availability throughout the year. Water quality : For Farm selection Hardness(TDS) below 750 ppm, pH 6.0 to 8.5
2. Shed breadth should be 25 feet and shed floor should be at least 2 feet above ground level
3. E.B service, Tube light @ 1No for every 400 sq. ft, is essential

5. Separate feed room near to the shed with stacking arrangement for feed bags
6. Water tank - 2 Nos (One for medication and another for drinking water) with capacity of 500 litres for every 1000 sq. ft
7. Side Curtain for the entire length of the shed for both sides, inside and outside
8. Partition for every 500 sq. ft
9. Plat farm Provision for placing weighing scales 3 feet X 3 feet
